About Duxbury Yacht Club
Founded in 1875, Duxbury Yacht Club is one of the oldest yacht clubs in the United States, situated on Boston's South Shore overlooking Duxbury Bay. The 18-hole golf course was originally designed by Wayne Stiles in the 1920s and expanded to a full 18 by Geoffrey Cornish in 1969, complemented by sailing, tennis, paddle sports, swimming, and dining. The course underwent a comprehensive restoration by Sanford Golf Design beginning in 2019, honoring the original Stiles design while modernizing the layout.
